I would like to bulk replace the "morigan_raven" tag with the "morrigan_rufei" tag.
The reason is that the character's name is incorrect.

Not until you submit the request. Click on “Request alias/implication” near the top of the page and follow the instructions.
If the current name is completely wrong and not used by anyone to refer to the character, you can request a rename. Otherwise, you should request an alias.
