Separate Waver and Lord El-Melloi II

This might be a little contentious, but personally I think that while these are in fact obviously and factually the same character plus/minus a decade, there's enough difference between their designs and enough results under lord_el-melloi_ii dual_persona to warrant treating the tags as different characters. People looking for twinky Waver are generally not super interested in results for depressed old man Waver, I imagine.

Needs umbrella tag if you do this.

Waver Velvet is the umbrella tag. If we want a separate tag for young Waver, it might make more sense to create a waver_velvet_(fate/zero) tag.

As you said, it's the same character, so people will want to search for him regardless of whether he's old or young.

Alright then, proposed sub-tag for twink waver ahoy. Ignoring Waver Velvet (Sensha Otoko) for now because that tag should arguably be exploded. imo this is going to make this whole thing just about as useless/useful as the medea medea (caster) medea lily split/umbrella but whatever
