I think this is the exception when the helmet is worn. But yeah, most posts under holding helmet are not tagged with unworn helmet.

EDIT: Huh, I think I gave a wrong example because it does not look like holding.

Yeah, I don't think that example should be tagged with holding helmet. Maybe removing helmet.
