Change some higurashi name romanizations to official ones

BUR #44203 has been rejected.

create alias ryuuguu_rena -> ryugu_rena
create alias houjou_satoko -> hojo_satoko
create alias houjou_teppei -> hojo_teppei
create alias tomitake_jirou -> tomitake_jiro
create alias ooishi_kuraudo -> oishi_kuraudo
create alias irie_kyousuke -> irie_kyosuke
create alias hanyuu -> hanyu_(higurashi)

sorry to mess with really old tags like these but the official site has some different romanizations than what we use so i think they should be updated. the characters not listed are either already fine or weren't on the site so i don't know what their official versions are.
edit: it turns out there's already an artist named hanyu so idk if it's more appropriate to make their tag into hanyu_(artist) or turn hanyuu into hanyu_(higurashi)

For whatever it's worth, I'd like to note that the official mangagamer site for Higurashi uses "Ryugu" for Rena, but still "Houjou" for Satoko.
