create implication helluva_boss -> hellaverse_(franchise)

A random user created this tag. If we're keeping it, we should probably do this. I can see the purpose in having an umbrella tag for these two series and the term does seem to be official: https://hazbinhotel.fandom.com/wiki/Hellaverse

I'll make a second BUR option to nuke it if we'd rather not have it.

Oh yeah, alternatively we could also do this to group them I guess since there's only two of them and one is a spinoff of the other? I dunno, but thought I'd throw that idea down too at least

Even though Helluva Boss can be considered a HH spinoff, there's so little overlap between them that it's best to keep them separate.

Yeah, I think that's fair. I do think there's a good argument for grouping them under an umbrella because they are two parts of one franchise, but I can agree with not wanting to just imply one to the other.
