I uploaded it, but I don't understand why it wasn't approved. Do I need to specify more tags? I can file one appeal, but then I need to correct the mistakes I've made. If there is an FAQ somewhere on the correct filling and specifying tags, then I somehow missed them. :c

As a sidenote, tagging doesn't have much influence on whether a post gets approved, but you should still tag to the best of your ability. You should also read howto:tag.

So you don't know why the post wasn't approved? Because I did the same with the second post and it was approved.
A post gets approved if an approver sees it and thinks it meets danbooru's standards of quality. If not, it doesn't. That's all there is to it. This topic will probably be locked soon because this discussion belongs in topic #7934 anyways, so that's really all us non-approvers can say on the matter.
Posts are approved by users of this site who contributed until they got promoted to the Approver rank or above. If a post doesn't get approved, it means none of the Approvers who saw it felt like approving it. This could be because they thought it wasn't high enough quality, or they thought it didn't belong here, or there was nothing wrong with it per se but they simply were not interested enough to approve it. There is a highly subjective element to it; aside from following Danbooru upload rules, there's no checklist or anything that 100% guarantees your post will be approved.
