BUR #47369 has been rejected.
create implication belladonna_(seiken_densetsu_3) -> isabella_(seiken_densetsu_3)
Noticed we didn't have a tag for this character's very visually distinct true form, so I made one. The implication matches up with other tags like Midna (true) -> Midna. I'll make another BUR though for the opposite because I think there's merit to doing it that way too.

The tag is primarily her true form, so I feel like there's merit to instead having her human disguise as the subtag since it's less common.
