....Why is this website allergic to subtitles and colons? Why is this website allergic to updating titles? I wouldn't care if it weren't for the fact that whatever happens here affects Gelbooru.

Because most of the time, the subtitles and colons don't add anything and only serve to make the tags longer. However, this series dropped numbering by the fourth game, and never numbered them at all in the original Japanese titles, so I guess it makes sense to switch to the proper English titles. We use them because the Japanese title is ambiguous as hell anyway...
Edit: And these tags were last touched 6 years ago in forum #160548, and nobody bothered to correct it all these years.
