- Characters like Emrakul or Ulamog has multiple cards but indistinguishable from each other.
- The Wanderer has a distinct costume worn after Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty so she is exempt.
- Cult of Rakdos and Boros Legion, two of the factions in Ravnica was mistakenly tagged as character than general.
