Holding Swim Ring -> Holding Innertube

This has been something bothering me for a long time. Because seriously, who the fuck uses "swim ring"?

Also, literally all our other innertube related tags (both pre and post gardening) use "innertube", making this one stick out like a sore thumb.

It's named this because it also refers to holding lifebuoys.

On the other hand, we have the tag on innertube, which also refers to all types of swimming rings. Overall, I don't care what the tag is called, but I think it’d be better if they followed the same naming pattern - either holding innertube and on innertube, or holding swim ring and on swim ring.

I think that's a pretty silly reason, honestly. A lifebuoy looks fairly similar to an innertube, and also you get lifebuoys and innertubes in the same search already. Why not just call the holding tag "innertube" instead?
