Wada_aruko and wada_rco were active artists with identical pixiv URLs (scrapped the latter just now), but I don't think the latter is correct at all: all of the posts (or their parents) come from the Fate Extra website (instead of a personal site, like the former), and there's no content overlap between them.
So how did this second artist come about?

They're the same artist. Just look at the pixiv username and her homepage. I suppose "aruko" is just the Japanese pronunciation of "r-co". According to http://www.fate-extra.jp/information.html , she is the one doing the art for Fate/Extra as well.
Oops. I thought I had searched every romanization of her name, but you'd think "aruko" would have been the most obvious... anyway, I somehow didn't find it when I added the tag to the first couple fate/extra images, so I assumed she had no tag and used wada_rco.
The romanization she officially uses is "rco wada" though. So I stand by "rco".
Anyone know if Aruko is a typical Japanese name? If so, they I'd stick with wada_aruko. There's also the fact that it's written ワダアルコ and not アルコワダ, yet she romanizes it rco before wada. If we're going to accept an artist's romanization on the basis that it's probably a made up word, then her using a Japanese name order kinda complicates that.
I guess I'm apt to just stick with aruko for now, and alias wada_rco and rco_wada to it. It's certainly not obvious either way though.
