Ambiguous.
I used the same qualifier as kusunoki_mashige_(historical_figure); if there's a more established qualifier for this kind of thing, then it can be used instead.

Here's a BUR using *_(real_life) qualifiers. It contains all the tags already mentioned in this thread, plus a bunch more I found while fixing Sengoku tags on Gelbooru. It also contains a line at the end that will change kusunoki_mashige_(historical_figure) to kusunoki_mashige_(real_life), making it consistent with the other renames.
Again, this list isn't exhaustive; there's likely more out there I just didn't find.

And then there's the weird case of yamato_takeru which is a copyright tag of a 1994 anime series.
