Unfortunately no. On July 8th, a limit of 5000 rules with 5000 tags was imposed on the blacklist because of both scam bots dumping their messages into that field as well as "some people have thousands or tens of thousands artists blacklisted for no apparent reason [sic]" per evaz. You're either going to have to whip up a userscript to allow yourself to "bypass" this or optimise your blacklist with combinations that can hit multiple of the things you don't want to see at one time instead of picking out artists the way you do now.
