All of these tags require the tongue to be at least partially visible, and they're consistent with the existing implications. The only ones I didn't include were biting own tongue, since I think that can shown or implied without showing the tongue itself, and tongue stuck frozen because it has less than 48 posts.
The various tongue colours are already implied to colored tongue, so there's no need to make implications for those.
