deprecate cloth
In response to forum #404380.
The wiki of cloth itself states that it's related for cleaning purpose, while there's already cleaning_rag for that.
In the future, we should better consider disambiguating holding_cloth too.
I thought cloth could be used for the specific instances where you could not tell if a character was holding a cleaning rag, napkin, hand towel, etc. Ex: post #9876866
But it looks like is being used for any of these at once so I think a deprecation is better
