Contesting the takedown of a paid reward

I am officially contesting the takedown of post #10427141 on the premise that it was drawn from USERGORE as a gift to Bordfunker133, the OC's owner, and she chose to upload it through me to showcase her oc.

I do not know who asked it to be taken down, but I know for a fact that it was uploaded to Usergore's patreon, and someone must have seen it and asked it to get taken down regardless of the context behind the upload.

It was banned by evazion, so probably it is because of a DMCA takedown request, not paid reward.

Gift doesn't transfer copyright, so DMCA wouldn't be contestable.

The owner of the copyrighted material has to submit a counter-DMCA if they want to contest it.

Personal advice: in the future, given the drama/bad blood between you and usergore, tell your friend to upload posts of her OC herself instead of going through you.
