create implication bun_with_braided_base -> hair_bun

It's a type of hair bun but only implies braid

Sidenote, but braided bun should be renamed, it keeps getting mistaken for this tag. Maybe braid as bun or fully-braided bun.

It's just related tags spam. Sometimes it's used when the braid or the bun aren't even visible.

That's because until July 2024 the wiki made it very clear that what is now this tag was exactly what it was for, and nobody has ever cleaned it out of its former purpose. I wasn't aware that it had changed before seeing this post, although it isn't a tag I use often.
