Add alias to Torn Clothes for convenience's sake

BUR #52360 has been rejected.

create alias clothing_damage -> torn_clothes

I forget sometimes that the tag isn't "clothing damage" and I'd like to think I'm not the only one who ever slips up there. This alias isn't strictly necessary, but I believe it would be helpful.

The reversed wording with damaged_clothing seems more natural than with clothing_damage. Though damaged clothing is more general than simply torn, as that would include burnt clothes as well.
