People use arm around leg for both arm around own (post #8127386) and another's leg (post #10239152). They also use the tag for hugging own leg or hugging own legs too, like post #10255546.
This makes the tag rather ambiguous. I think we may need to split it between arm_around_own_leg and arm_around_another's_leg.

We could do away with hugging own leg, hugging own legs, and hugging another's leg and instead use arm_around_own_leg, arm_around_own_legs, arm_around_another's_leg, arm_around_another's_legs, arms_around_own_leg, arms_around_own_legs, arms_around_another's_leg, arms_around_another's_legs.
That should be specific enough for all use cases. That would make 8 new tags from just 3 tags though.
