This tag feels kinda eh to me and we've done away with using the term "keyhole" for clothing cutouts in the past. There is also a panty cutout tag that could be combined to get a more precise search but it's very small so I wasn't sure how we feel about it. Alternatively crotch cutout or ass cutout can be used.

First one feels like they just clicked every tag that show up under Related Tags of Mint Fantome, the second is probably a autocorrect mistake for keyhole or something?
