create alias puffy_eyelids -> aegyo_sal
I had to add the aegyo_sal tag to a post but I couldn't remember the name, so I tried searching for puffy_eyelids and was surprised it wasn't aliased. I ended up having to go to the makeup wiki hoping it was there and thankfully it was.
I hope I did the BUR format correct. It's my first time creating one.
Perhaps it should be puffy_lower_eyelids? Puffy eyelids might be too broad and potentially risk causing mistags.

Personally, I would want both to be aliased since puffy_eyelids isn't even used tag. You have been a builder longer than me, so I'm willing to defer to your experience.
Bags under eyes are also puffy eyelids.

Only if you take the "bags" in Bags under eyes literally. Bags under eyes is more about the dark color not the shape.
while we have an aegyo sal topic going, can someone add some non-examples of aegyo sal to the wiki? recently i was told i've been overusing the tag across my posts but i'm having a hard time distinguishing just regular under-eye vs aegyo sal (post #11297823 vs post #11353181 for example)
