BUR #59362 has been rejected.
create alias covering_chest -> covering_breasts
The former doesn't have a wiki page but judging by the posts that use it, it's already being used synonymously to covering breasts. I suppose it could be used for male characters without breasts covering their chests, but in that case I'd argue to unimply covering_chest -> covering_privates.

Used for too many different things, including male chests, flat chests, arm across chest while clothed, etc.
