Do we need dithered_background?

BUR #59824 has been rejected.

create alias dithered_background -> dithering

We already have 'dithering' tag which can be used for arts with 'dithered background', and it seems people often mistag 'dithered_background' on arts with halftone_background or ben-day_dots. (example post #9115606 post #10607222) fixed
Dithering is quite a specific term (for old or retro-style CGs, usually) and I think having too many tags about dithering confuses people.

EDIT: I have removed this tag from all(hopefully) posts which didn't actually include dithering; Now it's safe to alias I suppose.

It's worth pointing out that the reason why てはいさ asked that is because halftone background is used in a similar way, with the halftone only applying to the background, same as with halftone outline, both of which imply halftone. Pushing past that, we have greyscale with colored background, and more importantly, colored with greyscale background... which is aliased to monochrome background.

So I suppose the tag dithered_background is better removed from posts like post #9920341, only leaving dithering left since it also has dithering on the foreground? I'd do the work if it's yes.

I don't know if that's official practice, but given the ongoing discussion in topic #36230, it can be argued that tagging dithered background on dithering posts is completely redundant because if it is already wholly dithered then the background would be so too, you'd want something to tag expections, so non-dithered backgrounds with dithered foregrounds or vice versa.
