Cannot log in at all

My computer chunked out a few cookies because I’m low on memory and signed me out of Danbooru. I tried to sign in and got an email asking to verify the sign in as I’m living somewhere else. Verified it, now everytime I attempt to sign in I get “Error: You’re doing that too fast. Wait a minute and try again.” No matter how long I’ve waited to sign in again

I’m on my phone, using Safari, but I cannot navigate or function in this site at all on a fucking phone. It’s incredibly inconvenient and time consuming. I signed out of my existing Chrome session as a test and lo and behold same error. I’m afraid if I sign out of my Safari session, I will never be able to access my account again. Can someone please help me out here.

I’m getting “VPN detected” on VPN websites but it’s apartment WiFi, I can’t change it tamper with it at all, a router doesn’t even exist in my room.

Theres a non negligible chance I won’t even be able to reply to a message in a few days time I fucking hate this

Update: Was able to log in. My ISP was GTT communcations which is considered medium risk, therefore, I can't trust this won't happen again.

I went into my VPN options on chrome, turned "allow VPN over metered connections" and "allow VPN while Roaming" off. Signed in successfully on my computer using chrome. Signed out again, re-enabled those two options, was still able to sign in.

For future reference, if you accidently create a thread in the wrong category, you don't need to create a duplicate thread. You can just click Edit in the top ribbon and change the category from there.
