mass update favgroup:56203 -> flat_navel
Some slender characters have a flat navel, and some plump/fat characters doesn't have a flat navel as well. Whether the character has a flat navel due to leaning_forward or not, I think this tag would help categorize them more effectively in this regard

horizontal navel would be a better name if that's what you're going for. i can picture someone tagging flat navel on a navel that's flat vertically.

Yeah, it was just an example. I thought using "flat" was better because it's shorter, but I hadn't considered that it might be confusing because of the "vertical navel" part. So yeah, "horizontal_navel" could work better.
