It's both an extremely broad tag (can be a single stripe on any article of clothing or an object) but also a rather mundane design detail to bother tagging, in my opinion, since for example on serafuku skirts single stripes near the bottom are so common that it doesn't feel like anything that would really help narrow down a specific character or a type of clothing when searching.
