convert pool:1442 -> powered-up_form
Pool seems a little messy, especially that description, but I like the idea of tagging powered up designs and don't wanna lose that information. Name allows for this to be used not just on Touhou. May require power-up to be renamed.
There should also be clearer standards of what the tag is for, since I don't think stuff like post #685473 or post #1864499 should qualify.
Some overlap with alternate form.
Alternate form should've been deprecated honestly. I'm surprised it's still alive.

Meant to be open for other copyrights too. I didn't fancy populating a favgroup of other copyrights just yet in case this wasn't a popular idea.
