Fancy Winged Pools

BUR #60696 is pending approval.

convert pool:1628 -> alternate_wings
convert pool:3165 -> alternate_wings
convert pool:21359 -> alternate_wings

This would be the simplest way to deal with these pools with a little clean up.

However this wouldn't be the first time these pools have been brought up for a potential conversion into a tag:

• forum #42347 mentions that not all the posts in Fancy Winged Flandre are alternate wings (post #594041 post 604698)
• forum #82279 brought up discussions around whether there should be something like elaborate wings to differentiate entirely changed wings with those that add to the existing design. Also forum #92039
• forum #102602 speaks on the potential issues of elaborate vs just different.
• forum #425433 says there might be issues with cosplay posts.
• forum #425531 wishes for a tag like unconventional wings but fears it'd end up filled with mostly one character.
• forum #425536 and I suggested something like embellished wings to compliment embellished costume. Ironically similar to suggestions of the past.

Easy, carefree solution is to just dump these into alternate wings whilst being wary of some posts that might not fit and therefore clean them up. Other solutions involve creation of a tag either for adapted designs or for unconventional designs. The latter argument would work for pool #1909 too.

Whatever we go with may also have implications on how we handle other similar pools like pool #12660 and pool #2318.

I like the idea of elaborate wings for exactly the sort of very elaborate wings Flandre, in this case, often gets. Though alas, the fact that these pools exist means whatever tag we end up with besides alternate wings will end up filled with mostly Flandre, which is...Not good tag practice, to put it simply.
