It seems someone interprets the tag penis_in_eye as referring to the reflection of the penis in the eye in post #10514955, like in heart in eye or star in eye (personally this interpretation also has some merit, and it might indeed need its own tag in the future). Also, the penetrating object might not always be a penis, could be a tentacle or something.
This rename will align penis_in_eye with other similar uncommon sex tag naming conventions like in topic #19307.
