From what I remember there isn't any spoiler information here. Any importance that would be held in her full name is revealed toward the start of the game, as who she is is what starts the story moving.
Nah, its not important. It doesn't really come up ever either. There are a few FE characters who's real identity are a spoiler, but its not like anyone would notice. If we even have actual full names for them.
