[BUG] Incorrect diff visualization in notes

I noticed that for some of my edits in notes, the changes made are displayed incorrectly.

Action taken:
I replaced the entire text "Snow Maiden" with "Snegurochka".

Actual result:
SnowSnegurochka Maiden

Expected result:
Snow Maiden Snegurochka

Yeah diff displays everywhere are pretty borked. There's a PR for it open but unfortunately it's unmaintainable AI slop so an actual fix is still some time out.
