Checking the affected posts, I couldn't find any that, assuming the mountainous_horizon tag is correct, don't deserve the horizon tag, too.

The current wiki page for mountainous_horizon seems to assume horizon is there, too, at least on wording.

Oh true, I just searched for discussions on mountainous_horizon and assumed they would be about horizon.

skyline presents itself as an alternative. If it's over the horizon, the horizon might not be visible.
