To begin with, aren't Yuzuki Choco (Dr. Allure's Live), Shirakami Fubuki (Max-Gear Fox Shadow) and Vestia Zeta (Whimsical Glee) just the same outfit in different colors (and card names)? We may merge them into one tag like hololive idol uniform (color rise).

I don't think you understand what he meant - just because they have different names in-game doesn't mean they aren't the same costume in different colors, which we'd normally resolve by having a single shared costume gentag. Of course, we're dealing in gacha logic now too, so things like topic #36716 now apply for precedent.
