Tag implicaton: {:p, ;p, :q} → tongue

The three emoticon tags {:p,;p, and :q} all require a tongue to be present by definition. Shouldn't each therefore be implicated to tongue?

They already do, it seems.

Oops, my bad. I could have sworn I noticed a post where "tongue" was missing but had :p and added the tag.

Looking at the history now though, I must have missed something. Please disregard this then.
