I've been having trouble doing manual updates in danbooruup. Every time I try clicking the "Update now" button on Tag Autocomplete, it just gives a message of "There is currently an update operation in progress. Please wait until it finishes." I click Ok and the progress bar just goes on for a long time without stopping.

I think it was caused by something that wasn't closed properly.
Got the impression from your previous post that it was fixed.
How about vaping the danbooruup directory and reinstalling the extension? On my system it is at
C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\d1wda08v.default\extensions\{566D6332-1439-43bf-857E-7AD5F137AD0C}

Actually, I nuked all the directories associated with Firefox when I reinstalled it. I still got the same error. I messaged Buffered about this then tried using the "Update Now" of the Related Tags URL; I forgot to mention that that was working the whole time I had this problem. Tried the Update Url's "Update Now" and it still didn't work. So I closed Firefox and went to sleep.
When I woke up and checked, it's finally working. Part of me is happy that it's finally working and another part is really frustrated that I didn't get to figure out WHY it didn't work in the first place.
