Apparently nobody liked them enough to approve them. In the future use forum #12247 for stuff like that.

All but the 2nd one were from contributors aka no mod queue. Also IMO only the first image you posted is as good as the mod queue example. The rest are not.
contributors' posts don't have to be approved, aka have the power to post crap and get away with it (for the most part, if they post too much crap they'll be demoted)
and the one that was approved was approved by someone who was sort of a janitor in training, this person was demoted. a post like that would usually not be approved
and yeah, it's tough. Danbooru is picky, but I think you will like it later since it greatly reduces the having to browse through lots and lots of crap to find quality posts
hmm weird... these two works look fine to me. I don't even know why they were tagged as 'poorly_drawn' or you stated them as 'crap' I mean of course they are not perfect and got a few flaws but still they look nice

First one
White hair girl - face is awkward looking, toes on right foot are messed up.
Pink haired girl - really messed up toes, bad right elbow and her yaya is in a rather unusual spot.
Second
Bad fingers, knee and a lot of bad lines.
I used to try to only upload posts that I thought would be approved for sure (or close), it worked pretty good. But good posts that aren't here already are hard to find.
I really recommend learning how to use Pixiv, it's an awesome site. I used this

then again shouldn't you guys supposed to remove stuff like post #635803 since it's been approved by mistake? i mean for the sake of this community admins around here tolerate crap like that? i thought admins and janitors have the authority to delete shitty art

Janitors are usually busy with new posts, posts being appealed, the forum, or maybe they just want to browse through pictures like everyone else for a while. They don't have time to be checking through posts for crappy images.
If you find a crappy post you can help by flagging it, and janitors will look at it. I don't think that post would be reapproved if you flagged it.

oh yeah? how do i flag it?
i can see unapprove from the menu but i don't see any flag button

Privileged and higher can flag images. Members like us cannot.
Honestly I wonder if another level of account should be added. One that can flag images but cannot avoid the queue (or is that what privileged is?).
Pick people who generally post good images and who would be willing to got through stuff and flag it. Watch them like a hawk to make sure they are consistent as to not make way more work.
