Implicating nijiura_maids -> futaba_channel

Reason: Nijiura is one of the boards on Futaba Channel. As such, the maids are inherently Futaba Channel characters as well as their own entity. Several maid pictures are already tagged with it, but it's often left out.

I think this one falls under our policy of not implicating characters to their respective series/copyright.

From what I can tell nijiura is a subset of futaba and there's characters within nijiura so it's not really characters -> series but I'm too tired to make any decisions on if it still applies.

Yeah, this is more similar to other existing copyright→copyright implications (like /mslns→/msln, for instance) than it is to a character→series implication.
