Serverspeed down

Hi people.
Its summer and everywhere on the whole world are vacations.
So i though this could be the reason for the low speed of the danbooru-server. Because 1000 of user are uploading and downloading all they've got.
What do you think about this bad situation?

It's been loading quite well for me lately.

I know some locations in the US are having oddly low internet speeds, like parts of California.
