I think Moerdigan means that those pictures are colored differently than the originals

I think its more to how the image was originally prepared for distribution.
Direct digital versions usually have the color the artist wanted.
But scanned versions of printed digital copies (ie: magazines, doujins and other forms of printed media) will have an off tone color to the original digital version.
this doesn't necessary need a new tag to identify the differences.
Although it can also be form when publishers/users unintentionally use a CMYK image profile when publishing for the web rather than the RGB version.
