How to change a whole lot of tags at once?

Specifically, the tag "yocchi" should be "Yoshioka Chie", and the tag "charu" should be "Yamada Michiru". How do I do this?

I've already submitted an alias request, when it's approved that'll happen automatically, or so I've been told in forum #4020.

I've fixed them.
