I uploaded an image of a Touhou character "Flandre Scarlet" doing nothing but standing.
It's not deleted, someone added Loli tag. in turn I can no longer see it.
I went through my history and found the page address >> post #740964
I was under the impression "Loli" tag was for sexually explicit images.. not just simple "loli" type characters.
Also, I can not edit my post due to the Loli tag being added.
Could someone fill me in please.

I can't see it being sexually suggestive.
Character is standing while doing nothing, not suggestive in any way shape or form.
The character does however have the physical build of a child.

I was interpreting that line from the wiki as defining "suggestive" (by itself, with "sexually" only modifying "explicit") as "not safe for work" and making that one of the conditions for that tag, and a topless loli-type seems to fit "not safe for work" fairly well.
If the condition is sexually suggestive and not simply "not safe for work", then I guess things do get a little more murky...
