Formation of a Moe-Cthulhu pool?

There is apparently lots of images on Pixiv that have the tag moe-cthulhu. Should this be made into a pool for a "moe" personification or version of Lovecraft's eldritch horrors?

Taggable concept, either with a new tag for the character or as a cthulhu chibi search or something.

Oddly though, the moe-cthulhu tag on pixiv has been used on other things that are not Cthulhu, but are in the Cthulhu Mythos.
