manga_(item) vs manga vs manga_(medium)

Right now we are currently using the tag manga as a catch-all whereas usage for an item in a scene versus the medium of the image itself are very different. Would it be worth disambiguating these by either introducing manga_(item), manga_(medium), or both?

We already have manga_(object). This is similar to our use of photo for photos and photo_(object) for images with drawn photos.

So we do, for some reason it doesn't show up in Danbooruup's autocomplete for "manga*". This will work for what I was referring to.
