Vocaloid songs: eng -> jnp

There's no turning back it's going to be roshin yuukai no matter what I or anyone else says but neither title is any more "official" or "real" than the other because they're both there in the video.

But not in the title of that video, which is 炉心融解 only.

Yuukai. 炉心融解（ろしんゆうかい）

"Yukai" wouldn't make a lot of sense; "Roshin Yuukai" means "nuclear core fusion", and "roshin yukai" would mean something like "Happy nuclear core"

What'll happen is both meltdown and yukai will get aliased to yuukai.
