Tag Alias: nurse_hat -> nurse_cap

Aliasing nurse_hat -> nurse_cap.

Reason: realized I think "hat" instead of cap when trying to enter "nurse_hat" failed to bring anything forced me to find "nurse_cap" from looking up "nurse".

(I've never been very good at filling out aliases; is the "From" field is the tag entered and the "To" field the tag returned or is it the opposite?)
