Stupid Question - Gaining Invites (not being invited, but getting invites)

Yeah, I'm probably just blind really, and if you guys want to yell at me for this then feel free to do so, but I was wondering just how a person gets invites to give to other people, I've looked around the wiki and the FAQ, but I haven't really found anything, and I'm just curious as to how it works.

Albert assigns them as the whim strikes him.

Get 100+ QUALITY POSTS and keep them WELL TAGGED.

Make polite and constructive comments on posts.

Try to post complete (and unseen) nice artbooks.

High resolutions are bonus.

He wasn't asking how to get invited he was asking how privledged members get invites to give to other people.

Since they aren't as important anymore, I only hand them out to moderators when they request some. The biggest issue is privileged accounts being able to upload unmoderated stuff. I want a tight control over that.
