Tag Implication: heart_panties -> heart_print

Implicating heart_panties -> heart_print.
Implicating heart_panties -> print_panties.

Reason: Heart panties are print panties with a heart print.

That's not really how I understood these tags. As I understand it, heart_panties are for panties covered in little hearts, and print_panties are for a single larger image. Panties with a single large heart on the front or back (post #471472) could be considered both, but I wouldn't call the panties in post #691069 print_panties. Then again, maybe that's asking for too fine a distinction.

bear_panties and frog_panties seem to always be print_panties, so an implication there is probably warranted. If it is decided that heart_panties should be implicated, then so should strawberry_panties.

That's already been implicated for a long time now, actually. Same thing with bear_panties. Not frog_panties yet, but it should.
