Is there a tag for that cliché where a dying person writes out the killer's name or whatever else with their finger, like post #439020, post #605733 or post #855941?
I thought there was, but I can't find it.

If not, last_words might be a good candidate. Conflating it with verbal last words may not be a bad idea.
+1, last_words sounds good.
Or, you know, dying_message.
Last words implies that they are real (spoken) words, and more than one,

instead of a single (or few) characters. Dying people usually don't have the time to write whole sentences.
+1 for dying_message
edit: @Anelaid, Shinjidude: Do you know of any images with verbal last words worth tagging?

+1 for Last Words. Dying Message sounds like it would be more than a few words, like a ship's captain writing one last entry into his travel log before the ship sinks.
+1 for dying message, since I believe that is what it is commonly referred to in detective/mystery media.
+1 for dying_message.
post #420164 Is one such example of last-words. And a classic example of a case where "last_words" would be appropriate.
+1 for dying_message. That's what I have always called them.
I prefer dying_message as well, so go with that.
As for post #420164, those are "last words" but it doesn't strike me as a concept we would actually want or need to tag. Dying messages on the other hand are visual.
