I was wondering about her in a comment on one of her posts lately. I did come across the name Kotori in connection to Imas but couldn't verify who the hell it was.
She's not an official idol (she appears to be a part of the 765 Shop) so she doesn't show up too often outside that context. Now that her uniform and headgear are an extra clothing option in the XBox version, she'll probably get a little more popular.
