Tag implication ocean -> water

Ocean implicates water. Surprisingly only about half the ocean pictures are taged with water.

Just add it manually where it's missing and appropriate.

Thats roughly than 200 posts... Could some one script it, I cant find any oceans of blood or ice when I search for them.

Edit: I have looked through about a third of the thumbnails of ocean -water and the only picture where I would question the water and the ocean tag is post #517136. Should I remove the ocean tag all together here?
(I did remove a few failed star_ocean tags)

So, after looking at every thumbnail in the ocean -water search I have found no ocean picture that does not have water and indeed no ocean picture where the water is not "the focus" of the picture.

Could some one who knows how to make an edit script please fix this.

My reasoning is that if someone is searching for water and for example palm_tree he might miss the posts he was looking for.
